Hands at Home provides services for adults of any age who are classified by the State of Wisconsin with one or more of the following needs:
Emotionally Disturbed/Mental Illness
Traumatic Brain Injury
We emphasize healthy choices, including access to healthy nutrition.
Three Nutritious home-cooked meals.
Independent Living skills training
We believe it's important to promote health, safety, fostering independence, and individualism.
Laundry training or completion.
Personal space cleanliness assistance.
Encouragement to reach all social and vocational goals.
Money management or payee services
Personal Care is instrumental component of developing the individual. Therefor we focus on things that help our clients function in society.
Activities of daily living.
Housekeeping, personal laundry, and linens.
Daily assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication monitoring.
